Terms of service
Last updated 16 October 2026.
These terms are between AurigaNet Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd (“ChorusOne”, “we”) and the Internet Service Provider that registers an account (“you”). Registering, or using the platform, is acceptance of them.
1. The service
ChorusOne is software for running an ISP: subscriber records, RADIUS, billing and GST documents, collections, the service desk, partners, enterprise accounts, KYC, the compliance records the Department of Telecommunications requires, messaging, and an assistant. What is built and what is not is listed on the home page; nothing is promised beyond it.
2. Your licence and your duties
You hold the telecom licence, the GST registration and every other permission your business needs, and you remain responsible for complying with them. The platform keeps records and produces documents to help you comply; it does not comply for you. In particular you decide and confirm your GST details, whether e-invoicing applies to you, what your SMS templates say and their DLT registration, what your privacy notice says, and what your staff are permitted to do.
3. Your data
Your subscribers’ data is yours. You are its data fiduciary; we process it on your instructions as set out in the privacy policy, keep it in India, and give it back or delete it when the account ends, subject to the retention the law requires. We do not sell it or use it to train models.
4. Fees
The fee is published on the pricing page: a monthly amount per active subscriber, billed monthly in arrears, plus GST at the applicable rate, against a tax invoice. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.
5. Availability and support
We keep the platform updated and provide a documented runbook. The RADIUS server is built to keep answering logins when the application is unreachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and you remain responsible for your own network, routers and backups where the runbook places them with you.
6. Acceptable use
You will not use the platform to break the law, to send unsolicited commercial messages in breach of TRAI’s regulations, to collect identity documents without consent, or to interfere with other tenants. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for what cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the agreement
Either side may end the agreement on 30 days’ notice. On ending, you may export your data, and we delete it after the period the law requires us to keep it.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at the registered office named on the company details page, after an attempt to resolve them through the grievance officer.
